Renames "Hawaii Workforce Development Council" to "Hawaii Workforce Development Board". Requires the Hawaii Workforce Development Board and local workforce development boards to develop written conflict of interest policies. Amends provisions related to the selection of the Chairperson, duties, and powers of the Hawaii Workforce Development Board. Repeals the requirement for the Department of Labor and Industrial Relations to submit an annual report to the Legislature on the activities of the K-12 Agriculture Workforce Development Pipeline Initiative. Adrian Tam was born and raised in Hawaii. After graduating from Punahou School in Honolulu, he earned his bachelor's degree in Marketing from Chaminade University. Tam is a small business owner, operating multiple Jamba Juice franchise locations across O'ahu. He first ran for state House in 2016, losing to incumbent Calvin Say.
