S.B. 200 of the 98th General Assembly, and Section 3 of H.B. 69 of the 112th General Assembly to make current expense appropriations for fiscal year 2023, to make appropriations for programs related to transportation for the biennium beginning July 1, 2023, and ending June 30, 2025, and to provide authorization and conditions for the operation of those programs.
